Amazing support!! If I can explain the professionalism and support in one word; it would be, fantastic. From the moment they called to the time they finished the job, they were nothing short of fantastic. I was without hot water for more than 4 days; as soon as they realized this, I was their first concern, and my water heater was replaced first thing.
